The home at 145 Newton St., Hayward was sold on Dec. 31 by Terra Filbert and Sandra T. for $660,000. The buyers were Saldivar Alejandro B. and Barrios Esmeralda (and others).

So far in December 2018, this is the only property that sold in Hayward as of this publication.
