On Jan. 30, Chrisman Kathleen M. (trustee) sold their property at 1022 La Playa Drive, Hayward to Shariat Aziz and Mahasti (trustees) for $2,000,000.

So far in January 2020, this is the only property that sold in Hayward as of this publication.
