On Jan. 21, Puebla Carlos H. and Sohr Choon J. (and others) purchased a property at 17252 Columbia Drive, Castro Valley from Menack Julie (trustee) for $1,250,000.

So far in January 2021, this is the only property that sold in Castro Valley as of this publication.
