On Feb. 9, Katerina Fedoseeva sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 16075 Carolyn St., Castro Valley to Siddiq Seir and Nasseri Yuserah (and others) for $770,000.

This home last sold on Feb. 25, 2009 for $320,000.

So far in February 2021, this is the only property that sold in Castro Valley as of this publication.
