On March 9, Alireza Behbood sold their three bedroom, three bathroom home at 3238 Monika Lane, Fairview to Liu Jesse Q. for $710,000.

The last time this home sold was Aug. 6, 2010. It last sold for $290,000.

So far in March 2021, this is the only property that sold in Fairview as of this publication.
