The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 71 Viaduct Morella, San Lorenzo was sold on June 25 by Heidi Wroebel for $900,000. The buyers were Zheng Beisheng and Wu Xin.

The last time this home sold was Sept. 8, 2014. It last sold for $531,000.

So far in June 2021, this is the only property that sold in San Lorenzo as of this publication.
