On Saturday, Feb. 15, former Moreau Catholic High School standout Xavier Rios’ current college team, the Cal State Northridge Matadors, won 11-9 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Santa Clara Broncos.

The game took place at Stephen Schott Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Broncos this season.

The Matadors’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 16 at 12 p.m. at Stephen Schott Stadium against Santa Clara Broncos.
