On Tuesday, April 8, former Moreau Catholic High School standout Leila Dixon’s current college team, the UIC Flames, won 3-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Valparaiso Beacons.

The game took place at Valpo Softball Complex. This was their third matchup against the Beacons this season.

The Flames’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 5 p.m. at Flames Field against Belmont Bruins.
