On Friday, April 18, former Mt. Eden High School standout Luda Gumataotao’s current college team, the Cal State East Bay Pioneers, won 1-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Chico State Wildcats.

The game took place at Pioneer Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Wildcats this season.

The Pioneers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 19 at 12 p.m. at Pioneer Softball Field against Chico State Wildcats.
