On Friday, March 7, former Mt. Eden High School standout Luda Gumataotao’s current college team, the Cal State East Bay Pioneers, won 6-4 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the William Jessup Warriors.

The game took place at Pioneer Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Warriors this season.

The Pioneers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 3 p.m. at Pioneer Softball Field against Cal State San Bernardino Coyotes.
