The median sale price of a home sold in 2025 in Alameda County fell by $50,000, while total sales decreased by 8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

Throughout 2025, 8,871 homes were sold in the county, with a median sale price of $1,000,000. This is a 4.8% decrease from the $1,050,000 median sale price during the same period in 2024, when there were 9,640 homes sold.
